This is where freeride meets legend.
Uzbekistan blends Silk Road heritage with wide-open, alpine freedom. Our trip starts in Tashkent, but the real action is up in the Western Tien Shan - dry, untouched powder, massive vertical, and zero crowds.
We base ourselves in Chimgan, a laid-back mountain town in the heart of the mountains. From there, we move between multiple ski zones, touring and freeriding through wild terrain with views that stretch beyond time.
The Western Tien Shan is a jackpot for freeriders.
Expect:
We’ll ride three main areas - Amirsoy, Chimgan, and Beldersay- mixing lift-accessed freeride with daily touring missions.
And for those who want to go bigger: Uzbekistan’s heliski is one of the most legendary (and underrated) options in the game.
We follow the best snow and safety conditions, working the terrain around the resorts and venturing into more remote touring zones when conditions align.
We stay at Hotel Archazor 3+★ in Chimgan - our cozy, pinewood base tucked right near the slopes:
Feb 15 – Arrival, breakfast, city sight seeing visit → mountain transfers → briefing
Feb 16–22 – Riding across Amirsoy, Chimgan, and Beldersay
Feb 23 – Optional full-day trip to Samarkand
Feb 24 – Departure
* schedule may flex depending on weather/safety
Samarkand isn’t just a city - it’s living history.
On Day 10, those who want can join an optional day trip to this ancient Silk Road gem - 2750+ years of culture, architecture, and mind-blowing beauty. Worth every second.
